Amore Party is for adults 18 and over. Creating an account means you confirm that age. This draft is not the contract until a lawyer publishes a final version.

Le service

The service offers profiles, limited free chat, a paid subscription, party seats, and tokens for gifts. Prices are shown in the currency for your home country. A free account can message in one conversation a day. Number sharing is for members. Sharing a phone number, email, or social handle on a call, in chat, or on a profile, outside Share my number, is grounds for a ban.

Soirées et hôtes

Speed dates may be joined by an Amore Party host for safety; you will always see when a host is present.

A host joins as a visible third person. Their camera and microphone start off. You see a Host joined badge the whole time they are in the date. Calls are not recorded, and a host cannot watch without you seeing them.

Parrainages

A referral reward is paid only after the friend's first subscription payment has stayed clear for 7 days. The same device, phone, or card cannot collect it. The service can refuse a reward that looks like self-referral.

Encore ouvert

A lawyer still needs to set the contracting entity, governing law, refunds outside the referral window, and how an account is closed. Write to hello@amore.party.

Rétractation pour les achats numériques

If you live in the European Union, you may withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, by writing to hello@amore.party. If you ask us to start the digital service immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once it has been fully performed, that right ends when the service is fully performed. Until then, the 14 days still apply. This wording is a draft for a lawyer.
